We greatly enjoyed this stay. Had a very very good stay during our trip. The bedroom was immaculately clean and newly decorated. Every employee we encountered was attentive. The location on the roundabout 30 metres from the complex was nice. Also, Cleveleys Front Promenade was 2 km away.

The bar had great meals. Very friendly and attentive staff who were always there to help. The location was ideal to how to get around the island. Visited The Red Lion for a few drinks, it was at a moderate distance from the hotel, recommend.
Although we agreed to pay gbp 7 per 24 hours to access the net, Wi-Fi was pretty slow.

The standard apartment overlooks garden and includes refrigerators, an oven, and a stovetop. The venue has marvellous and lovely location very close to the airport. The bets part that it's close enough to the nearest beach, Los Pocillos and the bus stop. It has plenty of meals to offer, the food is fine.

Stayed here for 3 nights with my kids, had a very good stay. I had a cool bedroom. Its location was magnificent, just next door to shops, bars and restaurants, the airport at 3.90euro, and main seafront and shopping promenade. Plus, landscaped gardens was just a short stroll away from the hotel.

The location couldn't be more particularly good and lovely from main tourist area close main road bus stop. Besides, Mary's Shell was 3 km away from the property. Their food was excellent with plenty of meals.

Every time in Puerto del Carmen, I choose this place. Magnificent restaurant, great food, people working here are excellent. The room is good value for money and essentials you need, including a refrigerator, an electric kettle and an individual safe, is right there. The location is nice and they have parking nearby. It is in a very pleasant area.
